Grow your mold business

Studiedfactory Mold Help is a referral service. We do not hire employees to do mold work. Instead, we connect homeowners who have a mold problem with independent providers who can help.

If you run your own business and want more homeowner calls, the network may be a fit. You keep your own brand, your own crew and your own prices.

Who we are looking for

We want providers who treat homeowners the way they would want a neighbor treated. That includes businesses that offer:

  • Mold inspection and testing
  • Home mold remediation
  • Black mold removal
  • Residential mold removal after leaks, floods or long damp spells

Small owner-run shops are welcome. So are larger companies. What matters is how you work with homeowners.

What we expect

Homeowners come to us worried, and they deserve calm, clear answers. We expect providers to:

  • Hold the licenses and insurance that local rules require, and share proof when asked
  • Give written quotes before starting work
  • Explain findings and testing methods in plain language
  • Never use scare tactics or pressure
  • Avoid promising results or insurance outcomes that nobody can promise
  • Treat every caller politely, even when the job is small

Providers that fall short of this may be removed from the network.

How to apply

Send a short email to contact@studiedfactory.garden. Tell us:

  • Your business name and the services you offer
  • The towns you cover
  • Your license details, where your area requires them
  • A short note on how you explain a job to a homeowner

We will read it and reply with next steps. Joining involves an agreement on how referred calls are handled and paid for, and we will explain that before you decide.
