How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts Studiedfactory Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about any of these:

  • How your call or contact with Studiedfactory Mold Help went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a provider we connected you with

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Studiedfactory Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@studiedfactory.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
